What happens after you write

  1. Conflict-of-interest check

    Before the details of any matter are discussed, a conflict check confirms that Elemental Forensic Services can accept it.

  2. A reply within 48 hours

    Anna Zimmerman, P.E. replies personally within 48 hours. That time frame is for a reply to your inquiry, not for an inspection. If an investigation, a report review or a consultation is appropriate and no conflict exists, the reply explains the next steps and how to send photographs and documents; any site inspection is then scheduled with you separately.

  3. A written engagement

    An engagement begins only upon a written agreement signed by both parties. Until then, no professional engineering engagement or confidential relationship exists. Once the agreement is signed, the work moves promptly and efficiently without compromising thoroughness, and inspections can be scheduled flexibly, including on weekends.
